Trump's term expires at 12 noon on Jan. 20, 2021.

It the election is not resolved, the Speaker of The House is sworn in as President until there is a resolution.

is is NOT every member votes.

As I understand it, every state gets a single vote as determined by a majority if House members from that state.

If red states all vote for Trump, he wins the House vote in the situation that the electoral college is tied or is not recognized (not seated by Dec 8th).

Bush vs Gore set the precedent that come he’ll or high water states must certify elections by the date prescribed by law. Doesn’t matter what drumpf says or does the line is drawn there

Which won't work , and be overturned. His pattern is to accuse, claim, and threaten , and promote his propaganda until he's sure he'll lose, then run . He'll then claim he's the victim, and announce his health issues were the reasons he's left. trumps a fraud, a con man, and a career criminal who will face justice. That's why he's acting out to change the news cycle, and away from his putin ties and away from his covid 19 deaths he's caused. Its all backfiring in him, and he'll never let Speaker Polosi become President.

I don't know how but there has to be a mechanism to let tRump know when he looses he is gone. No SC, no take over, No Blackwater protecting his government take over. No executive order to have the election certified on Nov 3 rd nite. No false claim of mail in election fraud.
Done and gone.. How to do it is my quandry... you?
