-----------------------------------------
A Texas jury rejected former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger's self-defense claims and convicted her of murder on Tuesday in the fatal 2018 shooting of an innocent man eating ice cream in his own home after mistaking his apartment for her own.
The 12-member jury reached its verdict after deliberating for less than two days. Guyger stood as Dallas County District Court Judge Tammy Kemp read the decision.
"We the jury unanimously find the defendant Amber Guyger guilty of murder as charged in the indictment," Kemp read.

(166 posts)Guyger didn't have a warrant and Botham was not connected to any crime. She entered his apartment thinking it was hers and murdered him. In Breonna's case they had a warrant which is the big difference. With that said, Cameron is a DEPLORABLE and him stringing Breonna's family along for 195 days was cruel.

The thing was, they knew he wasnt there and were in fact taking him into custody at another location.

Cops later changed times on his arrest to match the time the other cops stormed Breonna's apartment

The police were there on official business and they were at the correct address.
Im not debating whether they should have been there (they shouldnt have) but its not a comparable case.
