Gov Cuomo won't trust feds on vaccine, setting up own vetting process

Wants to be sure it’s safe, effective. Also creating implementation plans for how they’ll deliver it if it’s found to be safe, how to prioritize, etc.

No link but he talked about it in his briefing.

Wants to be the first Covid-free state.
