that "cartoonist" had best hope he doesn't have a "911" call that he has to make in the near future.

Then I saw that the "copyright" for the cartoon is 1991!!!!!!!

THIS SHIT is NOTHING NEW!!!!!!

And we're having "arguments" about how "right or wrong" it is regarding the "authority" of "police departments?"

Saner minds need to prevail to save us from this mess - and BunkerBoy is NOT a person qualified to lead that discussion.
