All his short little “stories“, or ramblings have a beginning, middle and end. He always has a trigger line to wind it up that will get the audience clapping, yelling, hooting and hollering.

15. Has anyone else noticed a lot of crosstalk in the crowd?

By that I mean I’ve noticed a lot of the supporters behind Trump talking to each other while Trump Is speaking. At first I thought it must be an anomaly for whatever rally it was, but I’ve noticed this over and over. When people are speaking to each other while you are talking, you’ve lost your audience. Yes, they’ll perk up and clap at the right moments, but there definitely seems a lack of attention that I don’t remember seeing in previous Trump rallies (pre-COVID).

I think big rallies were more important in the pre-COVID days when that’s how candidates stirred up enthusiasm. Debates in those circumstances were an after thought that only the most dedicated watched. I think this year the debates will have a lot more importance than rallies.

I could be wrong, but that’s my gut feeling.

Joe just need to keep doing events where masks are worn and social distancing is done.

I believe that Trump is setting himself up for a fall with the rallies. The delay time for serious symptoms can be 2-3 weeks. He could have lots of critically ill supporters just when voting heats up.
