But tRUMP is too stupid to realize that most of the country knows he is lying and offering a fake plan, because most people know someone with a pre existing condition.

will do that. He'll say something like each insurer must offer a community rated health plan, but allow them to offer individual experience rated plans.

That'll mean that within a few years or sooner, those without employer based insurance or Medicare/Medicaid will gravitate to experience rated system if they are in good health because it will be less expensive. Those with serious preexisting conditions will find their rates are sky high. Worse, if trump removes the 15/20% medical loss ratio in the ACA, it will be a slaughter.

Sad thing is, a lot of younger, healthier people, aren't fond of community rating where they have to pay toward the medical costs of sicker people. They are too stupid or uncaring to realize they may be on the other end someday.

And, has he said whether he'll issue an executive order to continue, or increase, premium subsidies like so many ACA enrollees have?
