Trump loses...what incentive for Pence to pardon him?

People have speculated when Trump loses, he will resign & have Pence pardon any future guilty vetdicts. But what incentive would Pence have? It would kill any attempts by him to run in the future because the animal base won't be enough! In other words, the resignation & the deal should have already been done so that Pence would be the Repub nominee. Don is going to end up with his bare ass blowing in the wind😊

but if Trump loses he will be persona non grata like W basically is, probably moreso. Is he really going to keep going around the country doing rallies if he gets voted out? Seems unlikely.

hounding of Nixon and heal the country.

Some may think throwing Trump under the bus is what the country needs now.

And Pence isn't going anywhere.

on him.

In the beginning many thought Pence's reasons for what he was doing was based on his own ambitions. That he would be president if Trump were to leave .

But we know this hasn't happened and it's unlikely Pence will ever be a candidate for president himself unless we think about the horrible possibility that Trump stays in office and Pence runs in 2024. But his chances to actually become president get much lower.

I wonder if "mother" ever caught Pence in some act and that's why her can't be in alone with another women that isn't related to him.

I guarantee it. The more sanctimonious they are publicly, the more dirty laundry privately. I'm sure in his days as a talk radio guy he was as dirty as Limbaugh or trump ever were.

pound of flesh. But, tRUMP is never going to resign without a blanket pardon for himself, and the tRUMPcrime family, signed sealed and delivered.

But, those who stuck around thinking tRUMP would also take care of them....well the tRUMP bus will get them and it will not even phase tRUMP.

Trumps enmity can definitely hurt him, but so will pardoning Trump.

I think he'll do a lot of political calculus, and I feel like it would land on the side of pardoning trump.

Trump will have the power to sink a primary candidate for years to come, is my bet. And a candidate has to run the gauntlet of the primaries before they even think of the GE.

actually face legal consequences for anything. He will spend every waking hour after November 3 saying the election was stolen from him, and trying to persuade his base to riot and burn down things.

There might be a distant possibility that Jared and Ivanka will get through to him that his time in office is over, and that he should consider moving to somewhere there's no extradition treaty, but only a distant possibility.

Possibly sent to the Hague just like Bush was.

I know I know. It's different this time. Just like the last 2 times with Nixon and Bush were also different.
