I went to Target the other day to get a flu shot and do a little grocery shopping.
There were a fair number of shoppers, but the store was not crowded.
I was impressed that everyone was wearing a mask, and following the arrows on the floor
(except for the one time I mistakenly went down the wrong way - oops).
As I was exiting the store, a man entered. About 60 years old, scruffy beard, dirty blue jeans.
He must have caught me looking at him, and that I noticed he had his mask pulled down under his chin,
exposing his nose and mouth.
He loudly growled "I'm wearing a mask !"
I just kept on going. Don't know if any employees said anything to him.
