he always has the support of 40% of the electorate. ALWAYS, but with the potential to garner another 3 to 5% of the electorate. This 3 to 4.5% of the electorate may be saying today they'll vote for Biden today, but come tomorrow if an anti-Biden TV ad strikes a nerve with them, they gladly go back to supporting Trump again. They are that capricious.
