Trump did it to Hillary with the Bill Clinton accusers and it didn't really go over that well but his supporters loved it. Would that seem petty or just giving Trump some of his own medicine?

(3,921 posts)Biden is ahead and doesn't need any gimmicks. He simply needs to focus on bread and butter issues: covid, 200k dead, frontline workers, healthcare/preexisting conditions, prescription drug costs, medicare/social security, jobs for the middle class instead of tax cuts for the rich, infrastructure, climate, racial justice and police reform, the ramming through of a scotus lifetime appointment by Moscow Mitch, etc.
Biden must prove to voters that Trump simply isn't capable of the job - 'it is what it is', as Michelle said at the convention - and that Biden offers a compelling alternative.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
