It is a very complex comb-over to cover some scars from a botched plastic surgery years ago. The hair on one side is down past his shoulder and he flips it over and forward to cover the scars. Cohen said it is a "flip, flop, flip" process.

Yes he could look a lot better with a more conventional haircut, possibly one where he just combed it off his forehead. He thinks he looks like Robert Redford, but he really looks like a clown.

No, what’s happening here is Trump is paying someone $25 a week to trim the ends a little and sign an “invoice” for $1400. Peel the onion a little more and you’ll find even more tax evasion.

They would exorbitantly jack up the documents for routine costs, e.g. replacing the furnace in an apartment building, and pocket the difference, along with getting a big tax write-off. Far from being a victimless crime, the rest of us taxpayers had to shoulder more of the cost of maintaining society because the Trumps and others of their despicable ilk scammed their way out of paying their fair share.
