Will you shut up, man?
That was really a productive segment, wasnt it? Keep yappin, man.
You are the worst president that America has ever had
The fact is that everything hes saying so far is simply a lie. Im not here to call out his lies. Everybody knows he a liar
Its hard to get any word in with this clown excuse me, this person
President Trump wouldnt know a suburb unless he took a wrong turn.
It is what it is, because you are who you are
"He's Putin's puppy"
Maybe you can inject some bleach into your arm, that would take care of it.
This isnt about his family or my family, Its about your family.

(2,248 posts)I do wish when trump talked about Hunter getting millions from Moscow, Biden should have asked how much money Trump took from Moscow.

There probably were a few other zingers thrown in there last night that might have been missed due to the over-talking.

(3,471 posts).like a bull seeing red--he said something like don't you ever say that again. What was that all about? I'll look for video.
I was proud of Biden he was prepared, focused kicked his ass ; liked that he spoke right to the cameras to America. He's a good, kind decent person who cares about this country. Bet you $1.00 el pendejo donthe con cancels remaining debates.

(25,529 posts)topic of coronavirus. Biden made the point that the economy won't improve until the virus is controlled and that many more people will die unless Trump smartens up in his handling of it.
Not verbatim, but as close as I could make out and remember in the chaos.

(54,779 posts)A difficult format. He had to interrupt just to remain competitive. He got his points across, performed rapid-fire fact checking on-the-fly, did it with dignity and class. Joe brought his A-game.
There should be no more debates. They will only turn off voters. Debates as a Trump Anger Festival is a disgrace to the office.
Chris Wallace was steamrolled. It's not that he wasn't prepared, it's that he's a journalist and a learned man. You know how Trump likes journalists.

(25,529 posts)in spite of Trump's obvious attempt to derail him. And Biden got in some good zingers in the process. At one point, after a really long rant by Trump, Wallace asked Biden if he wanted to go ahead and answer a question Trump had brought up and Biden asked which question? What was the question? Wallace chuckled and said, in agreement with Biden, "I'm having a hard time following that myself."
I was proud of the contrast in knowledge, demeanor, and having a message that Biden demonstrated in comparison to Trump's wild rants.
Trump sounded and acted like he was hyped up on drugs. Biden sounded like a rational person who would make a good president for all the people.

(793 posts)Trump uses the ruse of constant interruption because he is not -- and never will be -- prepared to debate the issues. Another "debate" would be more of the same. Only next time "President" von Clownstick might give a shout out to the Ku Klux Klan.

While watching the debate last night, I was reminded of a common clinical experience: a grandparent struggling to communicate with their unmedicated ADHD grand child!

(25,529 posts)i liked the delivery and points made about Trump not seeing a suburb unless he took a wrong turn. Biden described the diversity of modern suburbs and undercut Trump's BS about protecting suburbs from "the other."

(13,384 posts)Trump had no decorum at all, and he was rude and petulant the entire evening. He was obviously angry, and would listen to no one, even Chris Wallace.
For some reason, that photo of Trump sitting at a meeting with Merkel, Macron, and other leaders while they all stand around him came to mind. Trump has his arms crossed and Merkel is leaning toward him. I suspect they had all just been subjected to Trumps tactics of talking over everyone and telling outrageous lies about NATO and they were having none of it. No wonder they all despise him.

(51,067 posts)Trump's too dumb to know this of course. Plenty of minorities live in the suburbs because why not? It's often cheaper than cities which have experienced gentrification/redevelopment. You would think a brilliant real estate billionaire would know this.
