I'm afraid I am one of those that just could not get through it all either. I guess that was Trump's plan. Have a lot of Democratic supporters tune out because of his rudeness, and so not hear Biden either.

In the end, because of the prevalence of social media, Republicans will find clips they can use to paint whatever portrait they want of Trump's performance, and Democrats will do this kind of montage. No ones minds are changed either way.

I've been screaming at Republicans on tvs for 40 years now. I had to sit this one out. Actually, I have barely watched a clip of 45 speak since 2015! Reading what he says is horrific enough, his person is revolting to me. This minute-long clip gave me a good feel for what Biden said, how he delivered it, and what the campaign wants to emphasize. Perhaps it wasn't meant as a persuasion clip but as a PSA for the traumatized citizens who couldn't bear to watch.
