Biden had visited him and gave him some advice about how to deal with stuttering. He then read something. He stuttered a bit at the end but then he grinned at the camera when he was done reading. He was very proud of himself and not a bit embarrassed.

He knows he still has to get the father's permission. He knows he does not have a right to call just because he's VP Biden.
Contrast that to trump who proclaimed you can do anything when you are a celebrity.

....some of the founders and members of TLP switch to the Democratic Party for good. Seeing all of this I'm sure some see the folly of their ways over the years and come to their senses.
