Joe Wins Election Night--What Does the Pig Do Regarding Mail Ins?

Trump's plan to throw the election to the court is based on him being the Tuesday night "winner" of in person votes & then screaming that mail in ballots are frauds & shouldn't be counted. So when Joe is the Tuesday night winner is asshole going to flip the script & say those votes are fraudulent & that all votes must be counted first before a winner is declared? Of course, he still will take it to court & call fraud no matter what🙄

Then go throw out as many democratic votes as he could to try to steal the election. Make it as chaotic, for days if not weeks, as he can.

It's up to the states. Always has been.

No one is going to care if Biden wins decisively on election night.

it’s an issue only in states where the margin is close. Each state knows on Election Night how many ballots are still out to be processed and/or counted. If that number is not enough to come close to closing the gap, a winner will be called. Of course, every ballot will still be counted until a final count and certification is made.

In states where there are remaining ballots that could change the outcome ... well, that’s what they’re hoping to exploit.
