9. no clue, I have not listened to Rogan all that much, but most on here (not saying you btw) seem to

have no idea how massive (hundreds of millions of downloads a month globally from all channels), how varied (politically, culturally, ethnically), and how global his audience is. Especially with the 35yo and under demographics. He is huge here in Sweden and London to name the two places I am most of the time. Germany too, pretty much all over the EU. Many places even do transcripts in the native language, and I have heard dubbed versions and seen subtitled videos. South America too.
