While I think it's best if HRC lays low during these last few weeks to avoid riling up Republicans who hate her, Biden would be wise to tap her, John Kerry, Al Gore (to re-build climate change connections), Sally Yates, Marie Yovanovitch, Fiona Hill, and other internationally respected old pros into his administration immediately.

He should name them asap after he is declared the winner to reassure us and our allies.

We need to call on some highly intelligent, seasoned people to get things rolling in the right direction. Then we need to bring in smart, young, fresh blood to all of the areas of expertise of the above mentioned people.
