I'd heard earlier that he cancelled Wisconsin...before this news...and I believe it was erroneous reporting. Wisconsin has asked him not to come. If he ignores the quarantine requirement AND the request to stay home, that's what it will be, I guess.

He is changing the subject from the last debate, the proud boys debacle and providing an excuse to avoid at least the next debate and actually prep for a final.

Or he's sick and Hicks is talking the spotlight while he convalesces.
