Given the stakes, not to mention C-W policy.

They have always just been dicks over this mask business. Maybe they’re about to learn a hard lesson about hubris and arrogance.

My concern is with the Bidens and anyone else who’s had the great misfortune to cross paths with this pack of reckless, irresponsible assholes.

6 feet is only good for a virus that spreads via large droplets. Covid is spreading by large and small droplets and small droplets travel a lot further than 6 feet.
They know all this shit yet let Biden on the stage with Trump, no masks, no plexiglass, Trump's people not wearing masks yet allowed to remain.

6 feet is not nearly enough because of circulated air and the extended time in the same room.

and depending on how much viral load he had at the time (if any), and depending on the ventilation in the room - Biden could've been infected. We can only know if Biden escaped if he has several negative tests in the next week.

Joe Biden does the opposite. Seems "logical" that Biden would be less likely to catch the virus. Got it?

Yes, they were all in the "same room", but it was large enough to satisfy the Covid safety concerns of the staffs of both teams. Trump's folks aren't about to put him in a hazardous situation. The "room" and the distance between the podiums passed the standards set by the experts.

Six feet is an arbitrary figure. Trump was ranting and raving most of the night.

This was a topic of discussion by Don Lemon and Sanjay Gupta on CNN. Gupta seemed really concerned.

And I don’t think “Trump’s folks” are the go-tos about what constitutes responsible behavior during a pandemic. If that were the case, he would have been masked up in March and not been nattering on about how it’s all been overblown.

Also, I think it’s doubtful they’ll be totally straight about the timeline and severity here, either, which concerns me more than Trump’s diagnosis.

After Hope Hicks was confirmed positive, Drumpf's likely knew he was positive when he tweeted about being quarantined. He just delayed deciding whether to broadcast he was positive until redundancy tests confirmed he was positive.

Conversely, Biden and his team have had redundant quick test. No new is good news in that regard.

The nightmare won't end !

After learning that his aide Hope Hicks had tested positive for the virus, Trump traveled to a fundraising event in New Jersey on Thursday where he reportedly mingled with many people. On Friday afternoon, it was reported that Trump was being helicoptered to Walter Reed Military Medical Center.
