I would like her to explain what her thought process was in determining her kids would not wear a mask at the White House and further explain how she uses this same process when she is making judgements about the law.

It seems to me that she doesn't consider all facts, doesn't approach decisions with an open mind. Seems to be basing her judgement on the politics of a situation.
