Since this is new and all, nobody knows how long these conditions from mild cases would last but so far, nobody has improved on that level. So that means there is likely permanent damage in the forms you mentioned.

The dose of viral particles could be heavy which could result in a harder case with multiple symptoms and lots of problems. Also, the third wife has had so much surgery that she is probably high risk too.
