"mild symptoms" means Trump has been infectious for days or weeks.

It takes 2 to 14 days for symptoms to emerge so everyone who has had contact with Trump in the past two weeks is at risk.

She was just the first name that was leaked. With Trump exhibiting symptoms so soon, it’s clearly been going around that circle for at least 5-7 days.
