tied to Melania's cape? Not quite sure what the other end is tied to, but note that there's no effect on Melania's hair, either.

(as you may have guessed, I wonder the same thing every time I see this photo).

Only this time do I wonder who had the task of staging the toy cars Barron's supposed to have been recently playing on the floor with while wearing his suit...

2 limos and a fancy sports car. Are they even aware that other kinds of cars exist?
