Cinzia Oliva may be Devon Wrights worst nightmare, even though the Italian woman and the American man have never met.
Oliva, 35, hasnt held a year-round job since she graduated from the University of Naples with an art degree 12 years ago, and now manages a bar near Rome. Wright, 22, who got his B.A. in history from Middlebury College in Vermont four months ago, moved in with his parents in Queens, New York, because he is unemployed.
I knew it would be difficult, but I thought Id have a job by now, said Wright, who began seeking work in April and says he lost count of how many resumes hes sent out. All of these places Im applying to say they want prior experience, but how am I supposed to gain experience if I cant get a job?
Hes now put off the hunt for professional work and is seeking a job as a short-order cook or bookseller.

(11,927 posts)... this article appears to be trying to make the case that, in order to increase youth employment, we really need to be sure to maltreat older workers. It's poorly written, poorly researched nonsense.
Is this headline in English?
It might be nice if the OP wrote- in his or her own words - what the HELL that headline means.
