OK he has it so?

Will he follow the guidelines, and quarantine the complete 14 days? I say he WILL NOT!

Now, after he get a negative test, I am sure he will ignore any rules and start going out and about.

I think the proper procedure is to get 2 negative tests and then keep quarantining for a few more days and he will ignore those.

He's obviously incapacitated to the point where he can't even take a phone call or sit at a desk for a 10 second video op for the WH to release.
