so who is going to be the fall person?

how many stories have there been of tested negative but showing symptoms or tested negative yesterday, positive today.

are tested multiple times during the day. The equipment itself is suspect as it has had 50% test failure rates with false negatives and positives. The tests are nothing that needs more than 2-4 hrs for a result. A major failure occurred at some level

You can pick up the virus with a few seconds exposure.

And there is an incubation period that can be several days.

Even with perfect tests, it would be possible to test negative and be contagious hours later.

As one of the living dead, the effects of the virus are irrelevant to him, making him the perfect delivery vehicle.

I mean, he hasn't been this busy since he changed the Benghazi talking points.
