There should be a very serious discussion about the 25th amendment right now

For it's practical use........ that the president could in the very near future be incapacitated, and the cabinet will need to move to declare such an incapacity, and name Pence the president.

My hope would be that the prideful Trump would fight like hell to stop this from happening. If he fights no way Pence could sustain 2/3rds of the House and Senate.
