Per Wikipedia:

The Walter Reed Army Medical Center —known as Walter Reed General Hospital until 1951—was the U.S. Army's flagship medical center from 1909 to 2011. Located on 113 acres in the District of Columbia, it served more than 150,000 active and retired personnel from all branches of the military.

Anytime they have shown a President walk to or from Marine 1 it has landed a lot further from the building on the lawn. It looks like they have landed the helicopter in a way for him to prevent people from seeing too much of him walking out and boarding the helicopter.

I think that he has had it longer and is sicker then they have admitted to publicly

Either a stretcher or a wheel chair and that's never a good look for a President.
