He rolled the dice and gambled that he could downplay Covid long enough to win re-election instead of confronting the crisis head on like a competent leader. He is paying for his incompetence now.

(26,044 posts)...if 45 had confronted the pandemic head-on, without one eye on the Dow Jones the whole time, and taken the steps necessary to get us through it with minimal loss of life, hed probably have assured his re-election.

They will either be too scared or not want to vote for a sick person. Guess they shouldve requested a mail in ballot
