29. I can tell he's not 100%. Covid is not a death sentence, nor does it cause respiratory distress

in every one.

Many people can have pneumonia and create short videos without distress. With duration, they will usually start coughing, but this is a short video.

He isn't yelling like he usually does, so you can tell he's not exerting himself.

I've seen lots of selfie videos of celebs with Covid. One thing different is this one is short and scripted. Often the celebs are "documenting" their Covid.
