He also said that things we're as bad during the day. It was at night when things really got bad for him. He also talking about how at times he would go 24 or 26 hours without a fever and all of the sudden it was right back.

What I'm getting at is that this is an up and down, back and forth course of disease. Trump being able to make a video today doesn't mean he'll be able to make one tomorrow or the next day.
