I don't think so far his case is truly life threatening (of course with covid that could change). He is also being treated very aggressively with whatever is available (and likely won't be available to most other people in his condition).

11. I think if he wasn't having the kitchen sink thrown at him...

he would be headed for a ventilator, and at high risk of eventual death. I think the kitchen sink approach is probably heading that off, but maybe we'll still get lucky and he'll be on a ventilator for awhile at some point. Not going to hold my breath on that one though.

While he knows the election is slipping away, and he doesn't want pence given any power, because he hates him , and doesn't trust him. If trump leaves Walter Reed he'll very likely be greatly risking his own life. His anger management issues and health issues are making his Covid much worse for him.

31. I was highly skeptical of the "hoax" part, until it occurred to me that

they could be plotting to fake his death to sneak him out of the country to avoid prosecution. But, I don't think he's that good of an actor to fake the huffing and puffing we saw in that video. There is definitely something wrong with him. It's just a matter of what and how bad. It's sick and sad that we're in a place where nearly anything we toss out there could be the truth, but we just don't know what that truth is. It's like we're in the old Soviet Union or North Korea.

23. CNN did a piece on Boris Johnson this morning.

Boris was admitted to the ICU on the 9th day of his sickness and almost died. He said he's still having health problems and will step down as PM in six months. His much younger girlfriend also had symptoms but bounced right back in a couple weeks. Recovery is a lot harder when you're older plus it sounds like Trump might have lung damage.

Regeneron, the monoclonal antibody drug. He went through their trial and found that the drug had no appreciable effect on clinical outcome in any of the patients it was tested on. The CEO of the company that produces Regeneron has been good friends with Trump for years and is a member of one of his golf courses. Remsdesivir doesn't work on everyone, either.The fact that they are now using Dexamethasone on Trump kind of confirms this.

I dare to say he was easily COVID positive well before the Rose Garden incident and HE was patient zero for the spread. They lie so often about everything that I don’t know what to believe. I can see him having it considering how stupid everyone is about the protocols but at the same time I can see him faking it to play one of several angles.

Even if he has a case of Covid, his taking treatments from his Operation Warpspeed corps looks like the next stage of a likely campaign script to me.

Which is that he takes his products, gets out, has all his Rose Garden people treated, then pushes his products for the rest of the month with the subtle message that "only I can fix it -- so you 'd better vote for me." That's where I lean, given his history of stealth manipulation.

I rule nothing out at this point. Every poll choice could be right, and only Covid knows.

Even if he were to be proclaimed dead, you'd have to have a poll about whether we have the truth or not, and I wouldn't believe it until I see the long form autopsy report with attendant photos. And even then...
