Speaking from my own covid-19 illness in March..

I showed symptoms for 3 full weeks. I fully quarantined for 6 weeks.

It took 3 full weeks to clear my symptoms.

My symptoms..

Restricted breathing. Difficulty drawing in a full breath.

Dry cough.

Body chills.

My beloved sister and niece delivered groceries to my doorstep for a month to my doorstep through a tearfilled window for a month+.

My point..

Trump, the SUPERINFECTOR will remain contagious for a full 30 days beyond his diagnosis, is already implying he will once again hit the campaign trail ready to campaign..

once again he will spread covid to more and more people, with out giving a shit.

Orange super-spreader will callously, carelessly spread this virus in careless fashion.

Trump is a patient-zero-type super spreader.

31. Thanks, I'm doing much better now months after clearing the infection.

My breathing is about 90% and I think it will eventually get back to near normal. Deep breathes are still a bit restricted but I do daily deep breathing exercises. Getting there!!

Not buying that for a minute! Seeing Boris J, the UK prime minister, took a week getting worse, and not getting better for a week after that. And all the stories from survivors, taking weeks if not months, and being left with less severe long term problems.

The TIME LINE on the Trump story does not compute!

More likely, a false positive on his test. Did they do any follow up tests at Walter Reed? If not, why not? If they did, have we heard about any of those test results?

The story has always been that he was going to Walter Reed for a few days . . . not, that he might be there for as long as it takes, maybe weeks or months.

15. Treatments have improved since March, but I'm still skeptical of his claims.

Still the death rate has gone down and some are spending less time in hospitals.

That said, knowing Trump he will overdo it when he gets out, likely wind up back in the hospital and meanwhile violate health rules and spread the virus far and wide.

The restricted breathing and lung pain were real, but I talked daily with family over the phone.

My mother is a nurse(RN). We talked daily. She analyzed me like a true pro. She put her motherhood aside and worked the situation.

I'm damn lucky to have her in my corner. She was an amazing professional with rock solid constitution.

She treated me as a patient first, rather than a son, and the tactic worked magic. She helped me maintain and keep a good attitude to get back to good health.

You're right by saying thanks to my family with their support. They were crucial.

41. Yes, Mom was solid gold throughout my quarantine.

I spoke with my physician every couple of days through my illness and told her that mom was a recently retired RN and would call me daily to assess the situation and keep my spirits high. My doc told me that I was very fortunate to have a RN for a mother and felt much more at ease with me staying quarantined in home rather than going to the hospital. This was in the early days of the pandemic and physicians were still trying to get a grasp on the disease. They were learning the unknown. My doc was solid gold as well.
