It's probably how that Dexamethasone is delivered to the President. The pills taste horrible on their own, so best to crush them and mix it into something else, like applesauce or (my favorite) yogurt.

And yes, it is increasing his appetite. In spades, if it's affecting him anywhere near like how it affected me.

It's also not improving his personality at all. If anything, it's intensifying it--assuming that's even possible.

As soon as I heard that Dolt45 was being treated with Dexamethasone I actually felt a twinge of pity for him. That stuff ain't cute. It's NECESSARY when you have respiratory issues, but I wouldn't wish that on a dog.

Too bad the dog named Donald brought it on himself...
