same as Trump. They refused to quarantine and what changes would make them self quarantine, you guessed it, it's a positive test result.

I do wonder though about Bill Barr who has done a sudden about face on quarantining. He had initially refused but now is reported to be quarantining.

I have not heard that Barr was involved.

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is helping Trump get prepared for the debates, along with campaign advisor Jason Miller, the president’s son-in-law and senior White House adviser Jared Kushner and Bill Stepien, Trump’s campaign manager, according to Politico.
