I was going to point you to the DU Science Group, but I see that you already found it.

my academic days are kind of past, I can barely read an original paper in any field anymore but I do have occasion to think C3 and C4 thoughts occasionally since my livelihood concerns plants and other issues of heat, sunlight, and sometimes even moisture. sigh.

there are several here with much better minds than mine, though, so I hope you find some good discussion distraction from the insanity.

Way back in 1985! Have not done anything in the field since, but have tried to keep my memory up.

I was about to go on about the intriguing idea of bring C4 abilities to C3 plants.

But less than a month out from an election I don’t thing GD is the correct group. Try again next April if Biden wins. Stick to science for now.
