When I've heard of someone going home from the hospital, there are two suggested reasons: A) They got better and required no further therapy, or B) They're enrolled in Hospice and going home to die.

The Media should also play up that there's a clinic in the WH and Trump is situated there, not in his residence. And mention often that he likely signed out Against Medical Advice from Walter Reed.
