Stupid ahole
He has, had, a great chance of winning NC. Thom Tillis is Satan. I pray this doesn't stick.
You're gonna get caught if you're in the public eye. Don't give ammunition to them

To get a clearer picture of the state of sexting among American adults, Stasko and Geller enlisted 870 heterosexual adults to answer an online survey about sexting. The participants ranged in age between 18 and 82, with an average age of 35. The survey takers were recruited through the Internet site Amazon Mechanical Turk, and whites and women were overrepresented compared with the U.S. population as a whole.
The survey revealed that 88% of the respondents had sexted at least once in their lives and that 82% had done so in the last year. Whats more, 96% of these sexters said they endorsed the practice.
Stasko and Geller reported that 74% of survey-takers said they texted with a partner in a committed relationship, 43% had texted a partner in a casual relationship, and 12% had texted someone in a cheating relationship.

Thom Tillis Voted to Repeal the ACA Seven Times. He Has To Go, Healthcare Advocates Say.
Tillis, a Trump ally and ACA critic, is risking coverage for North Carolinians with pre-existing conditions, advocates say during virtual meet Wednesday.
In two seconds, my entire life changed.
Montica Talmadge, a 34-year-old North Carolinian, is recalling the day in December 2013 when a driver plowed into the back of her stopped car in Raleigh.
She remembers the adrenaline, the way she tensed up before the collision. And she remembers pulling the parking brake up.
That was Dec. 5. By Dec. 20, Talmadge, an avid runner training for a Raleigh marathon, was on oxygen at Raleighs Rex Hospital with more than 60 blood clots in her lungs.
I went from taking vitamins to taking a blood thinner every day, she said Wednesday, speaking in a virtual meet hosted by progressive healthcare advocates.
The focus was the conservative healthcare record of North Carolinas junior US senator, Republican Thom Tillis, whos voted seven times since his election in 2014 to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
When she lost her job and health insurance months later, the price for her medicine went from about $30 a month to $840. Her hospital bills exceeded $85,000.

(25,111 posts)Adds should be front and center on this, especially during a Pandemic . . .
As for Cunningham, what he has done was wrong, and like they say two wrongs don't make it right. But how dare Tillis run such and still praises shithole.

(603 posts)for Cal despite his stupidity. What Cal did is morally wrong but it would have taken him doing something morally insidious like child molestation for me not to vote for him.

(13,394 posts)I'm mad because as a public figure, you have to keep your nose clean. Republicans live for things like this. Maybe I'm worrying for nothing. Tillis is just so bad!

(603 posts)with this scandal. He could lose but I still give him a 50-50 chance. It does suck the race is closer because of this.

(14,565 posts)Ousting an incumbent is difficult already. Now the spotlight is on the challenger, which is the last thing Cunningham could afford.
I have no idea why these guys aren't vetted before the primary. It reminds me somewhat of Andrew Gillum
It doesn't help Biden in North Carolina either

(255 posts)Dont really care about this at all. Stupid move, but it doesnt matter. Taking control of the Senate is more important than any individual person. Id vote for anyone with a D after his name.

(13,394 posts)I'm sensitive to these things because I know republicans live for moments like this.
