Trump still seemingly struggling to breathe after hospital return, White House aides say

from theweek.com:

9:36 a.m. - President Trump isn't the picture of health he's making himself out to be, White House aides tell The New York Times.

After returning from Walter Reed Medical Center on Monday after his COVID-19 diagnosis and three-day stay, Trump removed his face mask defiantly before entering the White House. Aides say it was supposed to be Trump's display of strength after his hospital visit, even though it put everyone around him at risk because he was still contagious with the virus. "But they also wondered if the face covering was making it harder for the president to breathe," the Times reports. The next day, aides said Trump's voice was stronger than it had been the night before, "but at times he still sounded as if he was trying to catch air," the Times writes.

Aides, including White House Communications Director Alyssa Farah, publicly said they were "comfortable working here" as more and more White House workers tested positive for the virus. They brought in masks, gloves, and eye protection for anyone planning to work closely with Trump, including in the Oval Office. "But many saw the situation as spiraling out of control" as the pandemic Trump brushed off "seemed to have locked its grip on the White House," the Times writes. And as polls continued to show Democratic nominee Joe Biden triumphing over Trump, aides were reportedly "worried that they were living through the final days of the Trump administration." Somewhere along the line he started snorting his own product, that he was the chosen one. It’s a small step to buying into the rest of the magical thinking that he’ll be protected.

Even now, his reptile brain has failed to process that reality differs from his delusion, so he rips the mask off, wanders around thinking that he has been miraculously cured, and wonders why his breath is coming short.

He is the Chosen One, anointed by Gawd to lead the Americans out of the wilderness. In his mind he can do no wrong and none in his orbit dare correct him. The chaos that surrounds him? That’s somebody else’s fault, usually the Democrats.

Can’t even imagine the damage he could cause if given another term.

of WR on Monday. I explained that this could be a good thing, that he'd have less attention paid to the details of his health. That'll give his body a chance to crash and burn.

I think he'll be back to WR, taken via a stretcher to Marine One. If he has a protracted recovery, we'll have to give God the Glory.

think he has Covid pneumonia like my Dad did. If he is refusing oxygen, it is to his detriment. My father would take the oxygen out of his nose and immediately his oxygen level would drop. Of course the nurse would have to put it back in and explain the importance of keeping it in his nostrils. My Dad had to take antibiotics to get over his pneumonia-it was bacterial pneumonia.

I by no means want him to die. I want him to live 20 plus more years, especially since steroids gave him another 20. He needs to steam in a massive embarrassing defeat, be able to hear what history says about his fiasco. Physically never play golf again because of long term Covid damage, have IRS and Putin call in the debt, take everything he has and make him dead broke on the streets needing Medicare to live.

Last evening with his balcony stunt, when he took off the mask and turned and went into the people waiting to greet him, I saw Jim Jones/Mooselini, Stalin and Hitler, Jim Jones most prominently exhorting his followers to suicide with him...900+ Some did. Some did not, the choice is up to the trump voter...
