1) Due to his age/health, Trump is 90x more likely to die from COVID-19 than an average 18-24 year old.

2) Dexamethasone masks symptoms and makes you feel energized and better, but does damage if used too long. Trump will get worse, and is still infected and infectious.

3) Herman Cain tested positive for COVID-19 July 2nd, 2020. He died from it July 30th 2020. He was 74 years old and in better health than Trump.

4) His propaganda/publicity stunts in the face of this real and personal threat have had the expected result: he is losing by a far wider margin. He will not come back from this, physically or electorally.

I don't hope for Trump's death, but not because I am a caring person. He is a monster and deserves every moment of suffering; I just want him to live to see everything he stole taken from him, his reputation destroyed, and his children convicted.

I want him to witness this from his own jail cell.

Using any single person as a metric for another makes no sense but I assume that fighting cancer has long term negative impact on an immune system.
