As of today (so far):

1. He's AGAINST further support for federal relief for COVID - but then he's FOR IT.

2. He's AGAINST "vote-by-mail" - until he's FOR IT.

So, I guess we gotta' just sit by the "interwebs" and find out what he's FOR or AGAINST in the next hour??

Ya' know - if it were anybody else I'd be kinda' wondering just what "medication" this guy is on!
