He tweeted that he would entertain an economic recovery package “after I win” the upcoming election. he is saying “after I win”. Two issues occur here. First, when has he ever kept a promise. Second, he is claiming that the only path to an economic recovery package is if he is re-elected. In other words vote for him or suffer the consequences.

There are a couple possible terms for this. One is bribery, another is extortion. Both are felonies. If this is what he has in mind before he looses the election, what may he do after he does lose and is still in power until inauguration time? Consider the harm he almost certainly will cause America while he contemplates his future.
