Whose supporters on each side will be more motivated to vote? Biden's supporters for a change in leadership?
Or supporters of Trump's leadership of the U.S.A.'s National Government, that has lead to the deaths of
more than 200,000 of people in the U.S.A. and millions of cases of the 19 Virus. Yes millions of cases and
more deaths to come. Again, whose supporters will be more motivated to vote?
..My opinion is Biden' supporters, & those families who were hurt and destroyed by Trump's failure to contain the virus. What is your opinion?

(1,665 posts)The average 2016 Trump voter, youre right, is probably not so motivated.
I have to keep reminding myself that the maggots at his all-you-can-inhale COVID rallies arent the bulk of the people who voted for him in 2016. Theyre an extremely loud extreme minority.

(7,413 posts)What do Trump supporters have to be angry about now? They cast their anger vote in 2016 largely over manufactured demagogic criticisms of the Obama administration including Hillary. Now Trump IS the administration. I suspect those haters have lost the wind in their sails. Or, they are going to jump ship to the other side where there is justifiable anger over the historic dishonesty and incompetence.

The answer is a no brainer. It is only Republicans who are mounting concerted efforts across the nation:
-- To put up barriers to voting that disproportionately affect Democratic voters.
-- To put policies in place that ensure more Democratic ballots get disqualified.
-- Are employing automated phone messages directed at democratic strongholds to frighten people into refraining from voting.
-- Appear to be mounting organized intimidation efforts in Democratic strongholds for election day.
Any state that we have less than a double-digit advance is at risk of being stolen by voter/vote suppression.
