During both debates I expected either Joe or Kamala to bring up

Merrick Garland's Supreme Court nomination being essentially blocked by Republicans when Scalia died in FEBRUARY of 2016.
Seems like calling them out for this would make a mockery of Trump/Pence's defense of moving forward with Amy Coney Barrett's nomination. Why are they not blasting them with this?
