I think Biden should only agree to the next debates...

...if Trump can show he tested negative for at least the three days beforehand, in tests conducted and certified by Dr. Anthony Fauci.

which is what a town hall forum is. Nor should he endanger the lives of camera people. They either need to do a Zoom-type set up or cancel the debate.
