is the Vice President she would let Joe know what she thinks but in private.

The best management teams get to the best decisions via healthy debate, looking at an issue with all the data from multiple directions. And once a decision is made, everyone is all in.
I sure, through Pences lens of blind fealty to dear leader...this is a foreign concept to him.
