2. That's why I doubt he'll be holding a rally as they claim.

The rally thing is just something they said so they didn’t look like fools, like they had something “better” to be doing.

4. It is a town hall format- would they be sitting?

But either way, I agree he doesn’t have the stamina.

5. But didn't he do a 50 minutes long rant on Fox News this morning?

I would assume if he coughed or sounded weak, we would see news about it. Unfortunately, the drugs did help him and he is on his way to recovery.

But I agree with you about pulling out of the debate. The first one was a disaster and he couldn't help himself but make the second one the same or worst. So they are just waiting for an excuse to back out of the debate. But I don't think it has to do with his health.

6. He's definitely sick and it doesn't seem he's improved all that much.

He's not doing well and sounded unwell on his call. And it's likely he wasn't standing at any point during that call.

7. I see. I couldn't bear listening to him for even a few seconds.

From the little sound bites I hear on MSNBC. He sounded fine. And I would expect a lot of tweets and posts about how bad he sounded or how much he coughed in his rant.

Thanks for the correction.

14. 538 polling average is inching to double digit lead

It has Biden up to 9.8% now. We should see a double digit lead with one or 2 more national polls.

I don't understand why he doesn't agree to the "virtual" format, so he can sit down in front of the camera and microphone. The candidates would be in separate booths or rooms. He could have gotten a workable setup - but he just doesn't want to do it.

I predicted last week that there won't be any more debates. Chump is done because he knows it's helping Biden and not him.

15. Because he and his base are thinking people are changing/rigging the debate format

for Biden. The truth is any reasonable human being understand the need of health safety after his COVID positive test. It's a clear excuse because he saw what a disaster he did in the first debate. He is using any excuse to back out of it.

The fucker still has COVID. There was no way the commission would let this go ahead in person, and no way he could hack it if they did.

They were waiting for Commission to make a statement before backing out.
