Deadline Hollywood has pulled the Pence story...

...with phrasing that doesn't really sound like much of a denial.

A draft post of a story about Vice President Mike Pence testing positive for coronavirus that was never meant to publish was accidently posted on Deadline. It was pulled down immediately. It never should have been posted and Deadline will take steps to see this kind of thing never happens again. Apologies to the Vice President and our readers. We regret the error.

Left unanswered is why something like Deadline Hollywood would be reporting on this sort of thing anyway.

The story was prepped and ready to go in anticipation of the referenced announcement so that they could be first out of the gate should it prove true.

Could they be holding the story for national security reasons...waiting til Pence is back in DC?

And Pence possibly in need of an ICU bed and ventilator, is there a National Security threat if Nancy Pelosi has to be sworn in as President?

Seems the National Security threat would immediately clear up if that happened and Republicans would be shitting themselves at how exposed their Soviet Russia links are... Not to mention their immediate screeching and howling like a pack of rabid jackals.

Standard practice. Newspapers have obituaries prewritten for famous people. Someone pushed this out by mistake.

Yesterday there was a post about Chris Christie’s condition.

It might be true, but it was not confirmed. Nonetheless, the poster decided to let it stand.
