He cannot do that.

He’s trying to avoid responsibility.

I saw tweets today about him deleting tweets, but the ones they posted images of weren't deleted. The folks were pointing to ones he had deleted long ago and replaced because of spelling or grammar errors.

In my opinion he and his staff are not on top of things enough to go and sanitize his old tweets.
