with JFK in New York & Nixon in California with the technology that existed in 1960, it can certainly be done to day. But Donnie Two Scoops gave himself away when he said he didn't like it because his mic could be cut.

I really hope if he ever goes on trial he insists on taking the stand in his own defense. The jury won't even have to leave the room to return a guilty verdict.

To have Biden answer what might be "got ya" questions and Trump avoid answering his questions is a bad, bad, format. Think about what is really important. What is not important is who is the most macho or who drowns out who or who had a fly on his head. What is important is the candidate's character, ideology, plans and policy. A debate format does not open that up.
